Question: Discuss about the Self Assessment and Personal Development Plan. Answer: Introduction The study has been created to develop a personal development plan identifying professional need of my career. By assessing the personal skills and competencies, the study evaluates personal SWOT of my character. Currently, I am working with Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC and the development plan including the activities has been created for the manager.
